Library Strategic Planning
Every few years, the Library Board of Trustees and the staff work together on a plan to guide the library's policies, budgeting and decision-making.  These plans require public input, thoughtful consideration of Stratham today and its library needs, and a proactive outlook.  We are committed to being the best possible library for the community of Stratham and we hope that you will read our current plan, help us with our future plans and let us know what you need and want from your library.

Talk To Us!  Current Surveys
Prioritize Library Service Areas        June 2010 - July 2010
"Library Service Areas" are a way to define different types of things that libraries do for their communities.  All libraries do all of these things but no library has the resources to all of these things to the fullest extent all of the time.  Like any business or organization, libraries need to prioritize services based on the community's specific needs and then allocate the most resources to the most important services.

We're asking you to tell us what you think will be the most important library service areas for the Wiggin Memorial Library over the next few years (and where we should be putting our resources!).  Fill out our survey online and let us know what you think.  Or, print a copy to turn in at the library.
